A Hotel Sales Executive drives property revenue by generating corporate accounts, booking group events, and securing room blocks. They act as the primary liaison between the hotel and clients, managing sales pipelines, conducting site tours, and negotiating contracts to meet occupancy targets.
Core Responsibilities
- Account Management: Identify and secure new corporate accounts, travel agency partnerships, and group bookings. Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Site Inspections & Tours: Host potential clients, event planners, and tour operators to showcase the hotel's rooms, meeting spaces, and amenities.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Draft custom proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals while ensuring they align with the hotel's revenue and pricing strategies.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with the Front Desk, Catering, and Housekeeping teams to ensure a flawless guest experience and seamless event execution.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor rates, market trends, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
- Reporting: Track sales performance, manage the CRM, and report metrics to the Director of Sales.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
