Job Summary :-
A Telemarketing Executive is responsible for generating business opportunities by making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the company's products and services, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Introduce and explain the company's products and services professionally.
Generate qualified leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, and meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with existing leads and maintain regular customer communication.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic queries professionally.
Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams for smooth customer support.
Prepare daily call reports, follow-up reports, and lead conversion reports.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while communicating with customers.
Ensure timely follow-up until lead closure or final customer decision.
Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities through telecalling.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language is an advantage).
Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
Experience using CRM software is preferred.
Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
Qualification
Graduate or Undergraduate.
1–3 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Inside Sales preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
