- Oversee daily restaurant operations.
- Manage and supervise restaurant staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Control inventory, purchasing, and stock levels.
- Prepare staff schedules.
- Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Analyze sales, food cost, labor cost, inventory, customer feedback.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement; and submit actionable reports and recommendations to senior management to support informed business decisions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Restaurant management: 2 years (Preferred)
