We are seeking an experienced Control Panel Wireman to carry out wiring, assembly, and testing of electrical control panels, RTCC panels, marshalling boxes, junction boxes, and related systems as per approved drawings and wiring schematics.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform internal wiring of RTCC (Remote Tap Changer Control) panels, marshalling kiosks, control panels, and junction boxes.
- Read and interpret GA drawings, wiring diagrams, and terminal schedules.
- Route and terminate wires, ferrules, lugs, glands, and cable markers.
- Mount electrical components such as relays, contactors, MCBs, terminal blocks, and PLC modules.
- Carry out crimping, dressing, and labeling of wires as per standards.
- Conduct continuity checks, insulation resistance tests, and functional testing.
- Identify and rectify wiring faults and component issues.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure neat panel wiring.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and 5S practices.
Required Qualifications
- ITI Electrician / Wireman or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical panel wiring.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in RTCC panel and marshalling box wiring.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and termination drawings.
- Knowledge of control panel components and industrial wiring practices.
- Proficiency in using crimping tools, multimeters, and megger.
- Understanding of ferruling, cable numbering, and panel testing.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
