Salary
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (In-Hand) + Attractive Performance Incentives
Experience
- Freshers are welcome
- Up to 1 year of experience
- Candidates with experience in US Recruitment, US Marketing, IT Sales, Telecalling, HR Recruitment, or Client Handling will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling and email outreach to US-based clients.
- Generate leads and support US marketing initiatives.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT & Non-IT roles.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain relationships with US clients and candidates.
- Track daily activities, follow-ups, and recruitment pipelines.
- Collaborate with internal HR, Sales, and Operations teams.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Confidence in interacting with US clients
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools or CRM is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in the US night shift
