Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including networking, cold calling, email marketing, and social media.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and potential clients.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Sales Process: Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients to demonstrate the value of our products/services.
- CRM Management: Maintain a database of prospective client information and track all sales activities using the CRM software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create sales strategies and optimize the client experience.
- Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads to convert them into long-term partnerships.
