About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, IPCs, and real estate consultants. The candidate will play a key role in generating leads, driving sales through channel networks, and expanding the company’s broker ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
- Generate business through channel sales networks.
- Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and project presentations with channel partners.
- Organize broker meets, events, and engagement activities.
- Ensure timely communication regarding inventory updates, pricing, offers, and schemes.
- Support channel partners in client closures and documentation.
- Track partner performance and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Identify new channel partners and expand market reach.
- Coordinate with internal sales and CRM teams for seamless execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good network within real estate brokers/channel partners preferred.
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in real estate channel sales is an advantage.
