Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO). The role involves driving sales, ensuring excellent customer experience, managing store staff, and maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Performance
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Drive store profitability through effective sales strategies
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, ATV, UPT, and footfall
- Plan and execute in-store promotions and visual merchandising
Store Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
- Maintain store hygiene, VM standards, and brand guidelines
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control
- Handle billing, cash management, and store audits
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Create staff schedules and manage attendance
- Motivate the team to achieve sales targets
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
Customer Experience
- Deliver excellent customer service standards
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Build long-term customer relationships
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
- Coordinate with HO and other departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 3–6 years of retail experience, preferably in EBO
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in retail KPIs and POS systems
