Role: Lead Generation Specialist
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Lead Generation Executive for a highly calling-focused role. The candidate will be responsible for daily outbound calling, follow-ups, lead qualification, and converting enquiries into counselling appointments.
This role suits someone who is confident on calls, persuasive, energetic, and target-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to students, parents, colleges, and enquiries
· Follow up aggressively on existing leads through calls and WhatsApp
· Generate admissions and workshop leads through tele calling
· Explain courses, career opportunities, and workshop offerings clearly
· Schedule counselling sessions and walk-ins for the admissions team
· Maintain lead status and daily calling reports
· Reconnect with old database leads and inactive enquiries
· Coordinate with marketing team for campaign follow-ups
· Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets
Required Skills
· Strong communication and convincing skills
· Comfortable handling continuous calling process
· Fluent in Hindi and basic English (Marathi is a plus)
· Good follow-up discipline and target mindset
· Ability to handle pressure and rejection positively
· Basic computer and Excel knowledge

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
