Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of approximately 25 telecallers.
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly productivity targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
- Conduct floor briefings, coaching and performance reviews.
- Monitor call quality and process compliance.
- Handle escalations and support team members.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with management and clients.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 6–8 years overall experience in outbound call center/BPO.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as Team Leader.
- Experience managing a team of 20–25 agents.
- Strong leadership, coaching and motivational skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM and dialer systems.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
