Job Description – Business Development Executive
Position Summary
VGC Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities, engage potential clients, and contribute to organizational growth. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, client relationship management, meeting coordination, and business development activities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Research potential clients, industries, and market opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and follow-ups.
- Assist in achieving business development and revenue targets.
Client Communication & Pitching
- Understand client requirements and business needs.
- Present company services effectively to prospective clients.
- Conduct sales pitches, presentations, and business discussions.
- Convince and influence potential clients through strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Prepare and share business proposals and presentations.
Meeting Management & Coordination
- Schedule client meetings and manage calendars efficiently.
- Coordinate virtual and physical meetings with prospective clients.
- Prepare and maintain Minutes of Meeting (MOM) for all business discussions.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on commitments.
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as a point of contact for client communication and coordination.
- Handle client queries and provide timely responses.
- Ensure a positive client experience throughout the engagement process.
Sales Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.
- Monitor pipeline status and follow-up activities.
Market Research & Business Expansion
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Support management in executing growth and expansion strategies.
- Contribute ideas for improving client acquisition and retention.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and management teams.
- Coordinate with internal departments for proposal preparation and client onboarding.

Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory: MBA (Marketing Specialization preferred)
Experience: 0–2 Years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Noida)
