We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team.
Experience Required:
- 6– 8years of HR experience
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and talent acquisition
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Payroll and attendance management
- Statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws)
- Performance management and employee engagement
- HR policy implementation and administration
- Coordination with management on HR operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software
