The day-to-day operations of the collection strategy team for merchant and consumer lending will be overseen by the Associate Manager, Collections Strategy and Planning. Strong knowledge of collection and recovery metrics, including non-performing assets (NPA), a thorough understanding of debt collection tactics across multiple channels (digital, field, and telephone), and the capacity to analyze data to spot trends, carry out root cause analysis (RCA), and promote performance enhancements are all necessary for this position. A data-driven problem solver with strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities will be the perfect applicant.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
