Tandoor Chef – Daleside Manor Hotel in Kasauli
We are seeking an experienced Tandoor Chef to join our kitchen team in Kasauli. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing tandoori appetisers, kebabs, grills, and Indian breads such as naan, roti, and kulcha. The role requires maintaining high standards of taste, consistency, hygiene, and food safety while ensuring smooth service operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a tandoor section.
- Proficiency in tandoori cooking and Indian breads.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Reliable, disciplined, and team-oriented.
Location: Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh
Accommodation and meals may be provided for suitable candidates.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
