Job Summary
We are looking for a Counter Sales Executive to attend customers at the store, understand their requirements, provide suitable product solutions, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customers visiting the store and provide the best possible solution.
- Answer customer queries related to products.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them with suitable products.
- Maintain good customer relationships and service standards.
- Support stock refilling and stock maintenance.
- Maintain proper product arrangement at the counter.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth counter operations.
Requirements
- Gender: Male / Female
- Age: 18–30 years
- Qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Degree
- Ability to read English.
- Degree candidates should have spoken English skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience: Freshers to 2 years.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
Salary
Day Scholar – Women
- Fresher: ₹13,000–₹16,000
- Experienced: ₹18,000–₹23,000
Day Scholar – Men
- Experienced: ₹18,000–₹23,000
In-house – Men
- Fresher: ₹16,000
- Experienced: Up to ₹23,000
Work Schedule
Day Scholar – Women

- 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM / 9:00 AM – 10:30 PM
Breaks
Women – Day Scholar: 1 hour
Men – Day Scholar: 1.5 hours
In-house – Men: 3 hours
- Morning Break – 30 minutes
- Lunch – 2 hours
- Evening Break – 30 minutes
Location
- Day Scholar: Preference for candidates near Pushpa Theatre Stop
- In-house: Candidates from any district can apply.
