Position Timing: Night Shift (India Time Zone) / Day Shift (Calgary Time Zone)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Virtual HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and supporting HR operations remotely.
This position requires working according to Calgary, Canada business hours, which will be a night shift as per India time.
Working Hours:
- Calgary Time: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- India Time: Night Shift hours (as per time zone conversion)
We are open to hiring both full-time and part-time candidates who can commit to the required schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to final selection.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, databases, and recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate interview details, timings, and requirements professionally.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
- Maintain smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
Candidate Management
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Track applications, interviews, and hiring progress.
- Update recruitment reports regularly.
- Ensure all candidate information is properly documented.
HR Support Activities
- Assist with employee onboarding processes.
- Prepare joining documents and maintain employee files.
- Support HR policies, procedures, and internal communication.
- Assist management with HR-related tasks when required.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment emails and candidate communication.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment updates.
- Coordinate with departments regarding hiring requirements.
- Complete assigned HR tasks within deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, or administration preferred.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and online recruitment tools.
- Reliable internet connection and computer setup.

- Must be available during Calgary working hours.
- Must be comfortable working night shifts as per India time.
- Ability to handle confidential employee and candidate information.
Part-Time Opportunity Available:
Candidates who cannot commit to full-time hours but can work consistently during the required schedule are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
