About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales and lead generation, preferably within the SaaS industry.
You will play a key role in identifying potential clients, building relationships with SaaS founders and decision-makers, and driving business growth through multiple outreach channels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify and qualify potential SaaS clients.
- Research target markets, industries, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect databases.
- Generate qualified leads through various channels.
Sales Pipeline Management
- Qualify leads and business opportunities.
- Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain and update CRM records regularly.
- Track sales activities and manage the pipeline effectively.
- Move opportunities efficiently through the sales funnel.
Multi-Channel Outreach
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach, including connection requests and engagement.
- Execute personalized cold email campaigns.
- Submit qualified proposals through Upwork and similar platforms.
- Manage follow-up sequences and nurture prospect relationships.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with SaaS founders and key decision-makers.
- Understand client challenges, goals, and business requirements.
- Present tailored solutions and value propositions.
- Negotiate and close deals while identifying opportunities for account growth.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Proven track record in B2B sales; SaaS experience is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and follow-up abilities.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to understand SaaS products and technology solutions.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Email Outreach, and Upwork for business development.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with international clients.
- Understanding of SaaS business models and technology services.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rajkot, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
