We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join us as INDEPENDENT SALES ASSOCIATE on a part-time basis in the real estate sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting our real estate projects, which include premium Farmland plots in Dehradun Hills and independent builder floors in Gurugram through their personal network, references and lead generation efforts.
The role involves identifying potential buyers, communicating project details, coordinating with interested clients, and assisting in arranging meetings and site visits, for which full company support will be provided. The Sales Associate is expected to ensure at least one successful sale per month by effectively converting leads into closures while maintaining professional relationships with clients. This is a performance-driven role where earnings are directly linked to results.
The compensation structure is highly rewarding, offering earning potential of up to ₹5,00,000 per month based purely on incentives and successful deal closures. There is no fixed salary, making it a high-reward opportunity for individuals who are confident in their sales and networking abilities. No office setup or company registration is required, and the work can be carried out flexibly alongside the candidate’s current job or business.
