We are looking for a motivated Ads Specialist & CRM Automation Executive to join our marketing team and support the execution of high-performing paid advertising campaigns and CRM automation workflows. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience and a strong interest in performance marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation.
Paid Advertising (Primary):

Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy coordination

Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CPL, and conversion metrics

Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages

Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and events in coordination with the tech team

Share regular performance insights and reports with the marketing team
CRM & Marketing Automation:

Set up, manage, and optimize CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)

Build automated workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and remarketing

Configure email, WhatsApp, and SMS automation journeys

Ensure accurate lead capture, tagging, scoring, and pipeline management

Sync CRM data with ad platforms for retargeting and audience building

4-5 years of experience in paid advertising and CRM automation

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager

Working knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools

Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics (GA4 preferred)

Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or Webhooks

Understanding of lead funnels, CRO, and remarketing strategies

Exposure to email marketing platforms and WhatsApp APIs

Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
