Academic Counselor – EdTech Sales & Admissions

Location: Andheri East, MIDC, Mumbai
Salary: ₹6 LPA – ₹10 LPA
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students on courses, curriculum, fees, and career opportunities.
- Assist with the admissions process, including applications and documentation.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Conduct online and in-person counseling sessions and presentations.
- Maintain student records using CRM tools.
- Provide career guidance related to analytics and upskilling.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to achieve enrollment targets.
- Stay updated on education and analytics industry trends.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and partners.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
