Justicewings Lexedge Solutions LLP is inviting applications for paid/un paid Legal Internships for our Noida Sector 75 Spectrum Office. This is a full-time tailored for motivated law students who wish to gain hands-on exposure across litigation, corporate, and transactional practice while working under structured mentorship.

1. Nature of Work:
The role would primarily involve assisting senior team members in litigation, corporate, and transactional matters, including legal research, drafting, commercial agreements, regulatory assignments, corporate advisory, and commercial litigation work.
This is a full-time, work-from-office internship at our Noida office located at Spectrum Mall 1, Sector 75, Noida.
Office timings are 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with fixed weekends off. Leave policy shall be 1 day per month.
2. What we are Looking For:
We are looking for sincere, committed, and proactive law students who are keen to gain practical exposure and build a strong professional foundation in law.
For Paid Internship: Preference shall be given to candidates who:
· Have completed at least 3–4 prior internships;
· Are in the 4th/5th year of a 5-year law course or 3rd year of a 3-year law course;
· Possess strong academic credentials;
· Reside in/around Noida; and/or
· Have an additional finance/commercial background such as B.Com, CA, CS, etc.
The stipend shall be ₹6,000 per month, out of which 50% shall be paid monthly and the remaining 50% upon successful completion of the minimum 3-month internship tenure.
For shorter internships, the eligibility criteria may be relaxed for candidates who demonstrate seriousness, willingness to learn, discipline, and a long-term commitment towards practical legal exposure; however, there may also be a corresponding variation in the stipend.
Candidates applying under both categories shall receive practical exposure, mentorship, and internship certification upon successful completion of the internship tenure.
