An Inventory Executive maintains accurate stock levels, optimizes supply chain logistics, and prevents overstocking or stockouts . They oversee daily warehouse operations, track inventory movements, and conduct regular audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock Monitoring: Track inventory levels, reconcile physical stock with digital databases, and investigate discrepancies.
- Demand Forecasting: Analyze sales data and coordinate with sales/procurement teams to ensure optimal product availability.
- Order Management: Process purchase orders and coordinate with logistics and suppliers to manage incoming/outgoing shipments.
- Quality & Compliance: Perform quality control checks and enforce safety and regulatory standards within the storage facility.
Essential Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations.
- Experience: 1–3 years in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar supply chain role.
