Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing.
- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and bid strategy optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure maximum return on ad spend.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping campaigns if applicable).
- Experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing funnels.
- Experience with lead generation and performance-driven campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
