Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Guest House Manager based in Coimbatore. The Guest House Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities and staff to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing bookings, supervising reception activities, coordinating food and beverage services, maintaining budgets, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly to deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to address guest needs and build positive guest relationships.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to ensure efficient operations and cost control.
- Experience in Sales, with an ability to promote services and identify opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage services to oversee meal planning, quality, and delivery standards.
- Ability to handle Receptionist Duties such as managing reservations, inquiries, and front office operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
