Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and messaging platforms.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain chat records and update customer information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality support.
- Follow company policies and service standards.
Required Skills
- Good written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations.
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Team player with attention to detail.
