URGENT REQUIREMENT – DRAFTSMAN (BMC APPROVAL WORK)
Location: Borivali, Mumbai

We are a well-established Architectural and Liaison Consultancy firm in Mumbai handling redevelopment, residential, commercial and mixed-use development projects. We are looking for a competent and experienced Draftsman with hands-on experience in preparation of BMC approval drawings and development proposal documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of BMC / MCGM approval drawings.
- Preparation of Architectural Plans, Sections, Elevations and Detailed Drawings.
- Preparation of Area Statements and Area Diagrams.
- FSI Calculations as per applicable DCPR provisions.
- Carpet Area Calculations and Verification.
- Preparation of Proforma A and related municipal documentation.
- Parking Calculations and Parking Layouts.
- Preparation of Pre-DCR Drawings and AutoDCR compatible drawings.
- Incorporation of scrutiny remarks and drawing revisions.
- Coordination with architects and liaison team for approval-related submissions.
Required Skills
- Excellent command over AutoCAD.
- Sound knowledge of DCPR 2034.
- Experience in preparation of municipal approval drawings.
- Knowledge of FSI, Parking, Carpet Area and Area Statement calculations.
- Familiarity with AutoDCR requirements.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of redevelopment and building proposal processes will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma / ITI Draftsman / Civil Draftsman / Architectural Assistant.
- Experience in Mumbai Municipal Approval Work.
- Detail-oriented, systematic and capable of meeting deadlines.
- Ability to understand architectural and statutory requirements accurately.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
