About the Role
Major Kalshi Classes Pvt Ltd is seeking passionate and dedicated SSB Mentors to guide and mentor defence aspirants preparing for Services Selection Board (SSB) interviews for NDA, CDS, AFCAT, TES, and other defence entries.
We are specifically looking for candidates who have personally appeared for SSB and are Medical Out, Conference Out, or Academy Out. Candidates with prior mentoring, teaching, or counselling experience will be preferred, though it is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide students preparing for SSB Interviews
- Conduct sessions on Screening Tests, Psychology Tests, GTO Tasks, and Personal Interviews
- Share practical insights, strategies, and personal SSB experiences
- Help aspirants develop Officer Like Qualities (OLQs), confidence, and leadership skills
- Conduct mock interviews and provide personalized feedback
- Support students in personality development and communication enhancement
- Motivate and inspire candidates throughout their preparation journey
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have appeared in SSB for NDA / CDS / AFCAT / Defence entries
- Candidates who are Medical Out, Conference Out, or Academy Out are eligible
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of the SSB selection process and assessment parameters
- Passion for mentoring and guiding defence aspirants
Preferred Skills
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or counselling experience
- Public speaking and presentation skills
- Leadership qualities and strong personality
- Ability to engage and motivate students effectively
