Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Manager AI Governance! Candidate will be part of Genpact Enterprise Risk Consulting division with focus on developing and delivering AI governance solutions responding to proposals etc. Responsibilities: - Design & implementation of AI risk management policies and procedures. - Conduct evaluations of clients internal policies procedures and practices against Genpacts Responsible AI framework industry guidelines and regulatory requirements - Carry out / set up AI risk assessments and model risk management framework - AI Governance Assess clients' AI governance strategy model operations and regulation compliance. - Ensure completeness of AI risk documentation and maintain an up-to-date risk register - Develop and implement checklists and standard operating procedures for AI risk management. - Deliver / Coordinate training sessions on responsible AI practices. - Drive AI Governance solution awareness with various functions such as client partners sales organization - Design a value-driven quantitative framework for systematic assessment of impacts of AI projects to monitor the impact of AI projects over time against the tenets of Responsible AI - Pursue strategic partnerships for AI Governance - Conceptualize and develop accelerators and tools to assist responsible AI implementation - Perform ethical and social risk assessment for AI systems. - Perform assessment of ethical and social requirements for AI projects - Prepare reports on the ethical social (possibly) legal and (possibly) environmental risks/issues of specific AI systems at various stages in the development process - Support clients in the integration of solutions that improve the ethical and social aspects of their AI systems. - Stay updated on AI regulations and
