GEM - TENDER EXECUTIVE
Hi. We are looking for Tender Executive having good experience in that field.
Profile: Who should have good experience in Tender, Manufacturing industry background will be preferred.
Candidate Profile: Tender Executive
Skill: Exp in online and offline tender, GEM Portal, Exp: 2-4 years
Job Responsibilities
· Searching and downloading tenders on websites related to company products and sending to relevant sales managers
· Making documents for Quotations, physical tenders, online tenders and uploading in E-Portal, GEM Portal websites
· Post-Order working, documentation of dispatch the materials
· Attend Tender opening, technical, price
· Support To Sales managers in all kinds of documentation, company registration in Govt./Institutes portals for e-tendering
· Tender Bidding up to Three Companies by online and physical
· Coordination in payments as Earnest money for Govt. Institutions and with Banks
· Handling email queries, letters and reply with company norms
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
