coaching. We aim to equip students with practical skills and career-focused knowledge through seminars,
workshops, and structured programs.
Role Overview
We are hiring Telecaller cum Education Counsellors to invite students for our seminars and workshops, explain
course offerings, and guide them towards enrollment. Student data will be provided by the academy — your
focus will be on 100 connected calls per day, seminar invitations, follow-ups, and admissions conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100 connected outbound calls per day to student databases provided by the academy.
- Invite students to attend seminars/workshops and ensure confirmations.
- Share details about vocational courses, technical programs, and coaching offerings.
- Counsel interested students after seminars and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain daily records of calls, confirmations, and admissions in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Kannada (local language).
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
- Comfortable working with daily calling targets (100 connected calls).
- Experience in telecalling, BPO, or education counselling is an advantage (freshers welcome).
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
