Job Summary
The CET Mathematics Faculty will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to students of Classes XI and XII, integrating the Maharashtra State Board curriculum with MHT-CET preparation
Key Responsibilities1. Classroom Teaching
- Teach Mathematics for Classes XI & XII as per the Maharashtra State Board syllabus.
- Integrate MHT-CET concepts seamlessly with the regular curriculum.
- Deliver engaging and interactive classroom sessions with strong conceptual clarity.
- Employ effective teaching methodologies to improve problem-solving speed and accuracy.
2. Academic Planning
- Prepare annual, monthly, and weekly lesson plans.
- Ensure timely completion of the prescribed syllabus.
- Plan revision schedules before examinations.
3. Content Development
- Prepare comprehensive study materials, notes, worksheets, assignments, and practice papers.
- Develop chapter-wise question banks based on the latest MHT-CET examination pattern.
- Design topic-wise practice modules with varying difficulty levels.
4. Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct regular unit tests, topic tests, and full-length mock examinations.
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback.
- Analyze student performance and identify learning gaps.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend improvement strategies.
5. Student Mentoring
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and remedial classes.
- Provide individual academic counseling and performance guidance.
- Motivate students to develop effective study habits and exam strategies.
- Guide students in time management and stress management during examinations.
6. Parent Interaction
- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Share academic progress and improvement plans with parents.
- Address concerns regarding student performance.
7. Academic Coordination
- Coordinate with Physics and Chemistry faculty for integrated academic planning.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and academic workshops.
- Support curriculum planning and institutional academic initiatives.
8. Examination Responsibilities
- Prepare question papers and answer keys.
- Conduct examinations as per institutional guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and fairness in examination processes.
9. Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance records and academic documentation.
- Submit reports within stipulated timelines.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and academic standards.
Qualification
- B.Sc. (Mathematics) and M.Sc. (Mathematics)
- B.Ed. preferred
- Additional certification or coaching experience in MHT-CET is desirable.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience for Classes XI & XII.
- Prior experience teaching MHT-CET Mathematics is preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
