Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior Accounts Executive to handle end to end accounting operations financial reporting and compliance activities. The role also includes supporting audits and training new joiners.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries ledger posting and bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly quarterly and yearly financial statements and MIS reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable including vendor payments and customer collectionsManage GST returns filing GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B and TDS compliance
- Monitor inventory valuation cost of goods sold and stock reconciliation
- Support cash flow management bank reconciliation and loan tracking
- Assist in internal and external audits and ensure statutory compliance
- Train and support new team members
Required Skills
- Tally SAP and Advanced Excel knowledge
- Strong understanding of GST and taxation
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and coordination skillsQualifications
- B Com or M Com
