About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager with strong retail industry experience to drive revenue growth, manage sales teams, and enhance customer engagement across retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Lead and motivate retail sales teams.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
* Monitor store performance and sales metrics.
* Ensure high standards of customer service and customer retention.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
* Conduct sales reviews and performance evaluations.
* Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to drive business growth.
* Build strong customer relationships and improve store profitability.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales management.
* Experience with leading retail brands such as Zudio, Max, Lifestyle, Reliance Trends, or similar.
* Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage teams and drive performance.
* Strong understanding of retail sales operations and customer behavior.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
