What You'll Do
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a warm, professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage the front desk: sign-in procedures, badges, and visitor logs
- Oversee day-to-day front office operations and act as point person for office-related queries
- Handle petty cash: disbursements, receipts, and maintaining accurate daily records
- Reconcile petty cash and submit reports to accounts/finance on a regular basis
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Schedule and coordinate meeting room bookings
- Order and maintain office and pantry supplies
- Assist with administrative tasks (data entry, filing, correspondence)
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires (desk setup, badges, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Coordinate with building security/facilities as needed
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
- 1+ year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or office administration role
- Experience handling cash and maintaining basic financial records
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong sense of discretion/confidentiality
Nice to Have
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Familiarity with visitor management software .
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting software
Pay: ₹8,597.52 - ₹23,999.27 per month
