We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Cyber Security Specialist Cum Trainer who can train students in practical cyber security skills while also contributing to real-world security operations, awareness, and technical implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, practical exposure, and excellent communication skills to prepare students for industry-ready cyber security careers.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Mentorship
- Deliver practical and interactive training sessions on:
- Cyber Security Fundamentals
- Ethical Hacking
- Network Security
- Web Application Security
- Linux & Kali Linux
- Penetration Testing Basics
- Vulnerability Assessment
- Cyber Laws & Digital Safety
- Security Tools & Techniques
- Conduct practical labs, assignments, and live demonstrations.
- Guide students in projects, internships, certifications, and career preparation.
- Conduct mock interviews, assessments, and doubt-solving sessions.
- Monitor student progress and maintain classroom discipline.
Technical Responsibilities
- Perform vulnerability assessments and basic penetration testing.
- Monitor and improve system and network security practices.
- Research latest cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and security trends.
- Assist in implementing security awareness initiatives.
- Work on security tools, firewalls, endpoint protection, and incident handling basics.
- Support the organization in maintaining cyber hygiene and security best practices.

- Related Technical Field
- Relevant industry or training experience preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional practical knowledge and certifications may also apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as:
- CEH
- Security+
- CHFI
- CCNA Security
- CISSP (Preferred for experienced candidates)
- Experience with live security projects or training delivery.
- Participation in CTFs, bug bounty, or security research is an added advantage.
