Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure smooth functioning of the fabrication shop. The candidate will be responsible for managing power press operations, raw material handling, loading and unloading activities, manpower coordination, and maintaining quality standards and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise overall plant operations and fabrication activities.
- Handle and monitor Power Press machines used for cutting and processing raw materials.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials and finished products.
- Maintain records of material movement and production activities.
- Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
- Monitor manpower utilization and ensure timely completion of work.
- Enforce safety procedures and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of machines and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the plant area.
Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in fabrication, heavy engineering, steel structures, or formwork manufacturing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Power Press operations, material handling, and fabrication processes.
- Experience in managing loading and unloading activities.
- Ability to inspect and maintain quality standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of safety practices in manufacturing environments.

Pay: ₹11,354.23 - ₹33,600.02 per month
