Key Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, and commissioning of AV/VC solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve AV, VC, audio, display, and control system issues.
- Configure and support Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Cisco Webex Rooms.
- Perform preventive maintenance and health checks of AV infrastructure.
- Conduct site surveys and assist in project execution.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and clients for issue resolution.
- Support boardrooms, conference rooms, training rooms, and auditoriums.
- Configure microphones, DSPs, speakers, cameras, displays, and control systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, installation reports, and SOPs.
- Ensure project delivery within timelines and quality standards.

- Knowledge of DSP programming and audio tuning is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with HDMI, HDBaseT, USB, and IP-based AV solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or related discipline.
- 3–8 years of relevant AV/VC implementation and support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Pay: ₹12,794.39 - ₹53,725.39 per month
