About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Luxury Sales Associate to represent a portfolio of premium residential and commercial developments. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of affluent clientele, relationship-driven sales, and luxury customer experiences. This role requires exceptional communication, consultative selling skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), investors, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with HNIs, NRIs, investors, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Generate qualified leads through referrals, networking, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships.
- Present luxury residential and commercial projects through personalized consultations and exclusive property tours.
- Understand client lifestyle aspirations and investment objectives to recommend suitable opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and deliver a seamless, high-touch customer experience.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close high-value transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and strategic partners.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining premium service standards.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales pipelines, and follow-ups through CRM.
- Provide post-sales assistance to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Luxury Real Estate, Luxury Hospitality, Premium Automotive, Luxury Retail, or High-End Lifestyle Sales.
- Excellent understanding of consultative and relationship-based selling.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Experience engaging with HNIs, investors, or premium clientele is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Professional appearance, polished communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced luxury sales environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
