Job Title: Solar Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Solar Sales Executive to promote and sell rooftop solar systems and solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. The ideal candidate should be passionate about renewable energy, capable of generating leads, conducting client meetings, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and digital leads.
- Meet residential, commercial, and industrial clients to understand their energy requirements.
- Present solar power solutions and explain technical and financial benefits.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.
- Conduct site visits with the technical team when required.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with the installation and project teams for smooth execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and customer relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of rooftop solar systems and renewable energy is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Solar, Electrical, Energy, Construction, or B2B Sales.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
