o Construction consultant for site planning:
o Supports development of project Construction Strategy, and Constructability plans by providing inputs during design stage.
o Check feasibility of the design proposals to ensure that all P&G standards are met with respect to safety and constructability
o Evaluate and propose multiple options keeping in mind the various expansions planned in the future
o On site presence during execution to ensure construction was carried out as per P&G guidelines
o Lead discussions with construction vendors during execution.
o Collaborate with the project team to develop comprehensive project plans and strategies. o Provide expert knowledge and insights to guide project decisions and methodologies. o Identify potential risks and challenges related to the project and develop strategies to mitigate them. o Ensure that project activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies. o Offer recommendations on best practices, tools, and techniques relevant to the project.
