Digital Presence Specialist
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) Technical Specialist to manage, optimize, and support multiple Google Business Profiles. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in GMB management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with field teams and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain multiple Google Business Profiles across different locations.
- Create, verify, optimize, and troubleshoot Google Business Profiles.
- Monitor profile health, resolve suspensions, duplicate listings, and ownership issues.
- Ensure business information, images, categories, services, and operating hours remain accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with field teams to collect required documents, photos, and business information.
- Communicate effectively with doctors, clinic staff, and internal stakeholders to facilitate profile setup and issue resolution.
- Work closely with Google's support team to resolve technical issues when required.
- Monitor reviews and assist with review management strategies.
- Track profile performance using Google Business Profile Insights and prepare regular reports.
- Stay updated on Google's latest policies and best practices for Business Profiles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience managing Google Business Profiles (Google My Business).
- Strong understanding of profile verification, reinstatement, optimization, and local SEO fundamentals.
- Experience handling profile suspensions, ownership transfers, duplicate listings, and policy compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with doctors, clinic administrators, and field sales teams.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple profiles and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
