Role Summary: Admission Counselor
The core function of this role is to counsel prospective students and/or their parents about the institution's offerings and to successfully convert these leads into final admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Admission Counseling & Conversion:
Interacting with prospective students and parents to provide information about courses, programs, and the institution.
Effectively convincing and converting these prospects to take final admission.
Brand Building (Face of the Institution):
Acting as the primary representative of the institution.
Creating a positive goodwill and brand perception by sharing accurate information and promoting admission plans.
Tele-calling & Database Management:
Creating and maintaining a database of prospective students.
Conducting tele-calling to reach out to potential students.
Ensuring follow-ups via calling, mailing, and other means to nurture leads and secure admissions.
Candidate Profile Required
The desired candidate must possess the skills necessary for:
Admission Counseling: Ability to effectively communicate and guide prospects through the admission process.
Persuasion/Conversion: Strong skills in convincing prospects to enroll.
Relationship Building: Capability to build trust and a positive image (Face of the Institution).
Communication: Proficiency in using tele-calling and mailing for outreach and follow-up.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
