At SalarySe, we are looking for a Finance Associate to join our finance team. You will play a key role in budgeting, reporting, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance, while partnering closely with leadership to drive strategic decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and translating numbers into actionable business insights.
Responsibilities-
- Build and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership
- Conduct financial analysis to guide strategic and operational decisions
- Collaborate with executives and department heads to deliver insights
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and tax regulations including Income Tax and GST
Requirements-
- CA with 2-3 years of experience (startup or high-growth experience is a plus)
- Strong grasp of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting standards
- Analytical and detail-oriented, able to turn numbers into strategy
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
