Nexa Consultancy is hiring an experienced Sales Representative to sell our immigration services and to support clients through their file process after the sale. This is a full-time, work-from-home role aligned to US Pacific business hours.
SHIFT AND WORKING NIGHTS - PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
This is a permanent night shift. Each shift runs 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM the following morning, India time (12:30 AM to 8:30 AM IST during US winter months). That matches 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM US Pacific time.
You will work 6 nights a week, Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Call, follow up with and close inbound and assigned leads for our immigration products. Explain the available immigration and visa service options clearly and honestly, and match each client to the right one. Own your pipeline end to end, from first contact through to signed client. Provide backend support by helping clients gather and process their files, complete their documentation and keep applications moving. Keep the CRM accurate and up to date, and support the team with other backend work as needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with international, phone or consultative sales strongly preferred. Excellent spoken and written English AND Hindi, as both are used every day. A proven track record of meeting or beating targets. Confident on the phone and able to build trust quickly. Organised and dependable with follow-ups.
EQUIPMENT YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE
This is a work-from-home role, so you must have your own laptop, reliable high-speed WiFi, a smartphone and a headset.
COMPENSATION
Fixed salary of Rs 30,000 per month, plus an incentive on every sale. Strong closers earn significantly more.
