Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients visiting the office.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions.
- Conduct live product demonstrations and explain system features and benefits.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams for customer requirements.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on company products, new technologies, and industry trends.
- Support the sales process from inquiry to order confirmation while ensuring excellent customer service.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales.
- Experience in Home Automation or Corporate Automation sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Professional, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM is an advantage).

Pay: ₹17,210.64 - ₹47,092.70 per month
