Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and future hiring requirements.
- Negotiate compensation within approved salary structures.
- Ensure timely offer roll-out, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and hiring reports.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Develop sourcing strategies for niche and technical positions.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultancies and external vendors.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet recruitment KPIs such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring quality.
Pay: ₹9,045.86 - ₹20,036.08 per month
