Key Responsibilities:
Conduct the first interaction (calls) with prospective students and parents
· Qualify leads based on requirements, interest, and eligibility
· Provide personalized counselling on courses, career paths, and opportunities
· Handle objections effectively and guide students with clarity and empathy
· Perform regular follow-ups to nurture leads and maintain engagement
· Schedule and manage demo sessions/consultation bookings
· Convert leads into applications and paid enrolments
· Manage the end-to-end counselling-to-closure journey
· Maintain records of interactions and update CRM systems
· Achieve admission and revenue targets

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
