Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive (0-1 year of experience; freshers are welcome to apply) to support our sales team in acquiring and retaining clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and creating proposals that showcase Qikberry's CPaaS solutions, including SMS, WhatsApp, and voice services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable CPaaS solutions
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Coordinate with the sales team to qualify leads and support the sales pipeline
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to strengthen positioning
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to address client queries
- Assist in creating pitch decks, case studies, and sales collateral
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 0-1 year of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a related role; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Good understanding of SMS, WhatsApp, or voice-based communication solutions preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
