PCA + Designs is an integrated architectural and interior design firm. We are expanding our production operations and looking for a confident, fast, and highly efficient Architect or BIM Designer capable of handling real-world project deadlines with speed, precision, and structural clarity.If you understand professional drafting standards and can take complete ownership of complex project files, we want you on our team.Role Description & Key Responsibilities:
- Complete hands-on production modeling and asset management strictly using ArchiCAD.
- Draft highly precise architectural plans, sections, elevations, and construction detailing sheets.
- Maintain rigorous workflow discipline, including organized file layouts and precise layering structures.
- Work independently to drive spatial layout designs forward with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional working experience with ArchiCAD (Required).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong fundamentals in structural drafting standards and construction documentation.
Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points):
- Experience with real-time rendering plugins like Lumion or Enscape.
- Clean understanding of material mapping and visualization workflows.
