Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Video Editor who can lead the post-production process with strong storytelling, editing, and creative execution skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling premium brand content, ad films, podcasts, social media campaigns, and performance marketing creatives independently.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Editing
- Edit high-quality long-form and short-form video content
- Lead storytelling, pacing, and overall creative direction during post-production
- Create engaging edits optimized for YouTube, Instagram, Meta Ads, and digital campaigns
- Handle podcasts, ad films, corporate videos, testimonials, reels, and branded content
- Suggest creative improvements and editing approaches proactively
- Maintain brand consistency across projects
Motion Graphics & Visual Enhancement
- Create and integrate motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects
- Work on sound design, music selection, and overall viewing experience
- Collaborate with graphic designers and creative teams for visual assets
Post-Production Management
- Manage end-to-end post-production workflow
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards
- Organize project files, backups, and edit structures professionally
- Handle client revisions and feedback efficiently
- Maintain quality control before final delivery
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics
- Understanding of color correction and sound design
- Strong storytelling and visual sense
- Able to use Gen-AI in day to day task
- Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-6 years of professional editing experience
- Experience in agency, production house, or media company preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing ads, branded content, podcasts, and social media work
